All Baby Needs Terms & Conditions
Rental Terms of Service
* A 2 day minimum rental is required for all single items requested. A 3 day minimum is required for rental packages. $50 minimum order applies.
* 48 hour notice must be made to reserve equipment rental. In case of emergency, exceptions may be made.
* Delivery and setup are free of charge if delivery location is within a twenty mile radius of the Greater Peoria Regional Airport. A delivery flat fee applies to extended areas (please see delivery policies). Any additional trips to the delivery location that do not arise out of the fault of All Baby Needs will incur additional charges.
* A minimum 50% deposit and credit card information are required at time of order. The remaining fees will be collected or billed to your credit card at the time of delivery.
* Initial deposit will be applied towards rental and is non-refundable. If order is canceled at least 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery, deposit will be fully refunded.
* Renter has examined all rental items at the time of delivery and has found them to be good condition. Renter will return items in the same condition as received. If items are returned damaged, broken or with missing parts, renter is obligated to pay the cost of replacement or repair.
* If renter fails to be available for equipment pickup at scheduled date and time, All Baby Needs may repossess the items without notice to the renter and renter releases any claims arising from repossession. If repossession is not possible, All Baby Needs reserves the right to bill the renter for the full retail value of rental items in addition to charges incurred during the rental period.
* All Baby Needs will not install car seats. Manufacturer's instructions will be included to instruct proper car seat installation.
* All equipment is leased "as is." Renter is responsible for reading and following manufacturer's instructions that accompany rental items. All Baby Needs expresses or implies no warrant to anyone, as to the fitness, design, condition, capacity, performance or any other aspect of the equipment or its material or workmanship. All Baby Needs further disclaims any liability for loss, damage, injury or death to Renter or third parties as a result of any defects in the equipment or the Renter's or third parties' installation, use of or maintenance of the equipment. All Baby Needs shall have no obligation to install, test, adjust or service any equipment. The customer leases all equipment "as is." The Renter further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All Baby Needs and its owners against any and all losses, claims, damages, liabilities or expenses directly or indirectly resulting from the rental of the equipment.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that unforeseeable circumstances arise and plans change. If you need to cancel, please contact us by telephone at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Your deposit will be refunded and you will not be charged any rental, delivery or cancelation fees. If the cancelation occurs with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your rental fee. However, we also understand emergencies arise. Should an emergency occur, please contact us and we will work with you to the best of our ability.
Delivery Policy
* Equipment delivery, setup and pickup are FREE if delivery is located within twenty miles of the Greater Peoria Regional Airport.
* Locations 21-40 miles from the Greater Peoria Regional Airport will be charged a flat fee of $10.00.
* Locations 41-50 miles from the Greater Peoria Regional Airport will be charged a flat fee of $25.00.

* We gladly deliver to hotels, temporary residences and private residences.
